Being In Business:

What you have found is there is so much more to going into business than doing the job you are good at. In fact, you find a large portion of your time is spent being in business instead of doing business. The questions are endless:

·           Do I need to collect sales tax?

·           What forms are required for payroll taxes, how much tax do I withhold, how do I pay   the tax?

·           What form should my business take? Should  it be a corporation, partnership, LLC, etc?

·           What about the tax status?

·           What about business cards, checks, letterhead, etc?

·           How do I keep track of my business?

·           How do I find a bank that will fit my needs?

·           What information will the bank want?

·           How do I prepare a business plan that tells me what I have to do and what I can expect?

·           What kind and how much insurance do I need?
